DMCA Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Note: This page is a general template describing a standard DMCA notice-and-takedown process. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer for any specific jurisdiction. Independent legal review is recommended, along with registering a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.

At IPTV Prime, priority handling isn't only for subscribers. Copyright notices go to a dedicated contact rather than the general support queue, and this page explains how that works.

Acknowledgement of every notice

Every complete notice receives a written acknowledgement by email, so you know it has reached the right person. If your notice is incomplete, we will tell you exactly what is missing rather than ignoring it.

What a valid notice must include

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a takedown notice is only actionable if it contains all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with enough detail (such as a URL or channel/title name) for us to locate it
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner

How to reach our copyright contact

Email is the fastest route: support@iptvprime.org. Please put "DMCA Takedown" in the subject and include the full notice in the body of the email rather than only as an attachment, so nothing is missed.

Review and removal

Valid notices are acted on without unnecessary delay. We do not decide who is legally "right" in a copyright dispute — our role is to respond to proper notices as the DMCA sets out, and to give the other side a fair route to respond.

If you believe a removal was a mistake

The DMCA gives you the right to respond. A counter-notice sent to support@iptvprime.org needs:

  1. Your signature (physical or electronic)
  2. A description of the removed material and its former location
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, of your good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and phone number, plus your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal district court and agreement to accept service of process from the complainant

Once forwarded, the complainant has 10 business days to notify us of a lawsuit; otherwise the material may be reinstated in 10 to 14 business days.

A note on accuracy

Notices and counter-notices are legal statements. Knowingly false claims can lead to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), so only file one if you are confident of the facts.

Repeat infringement policy

Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices may be suspended or terminated, in line with our Terms of Use.
